Hi! I'm Saphira, a Holistic Nutrition Counselor with a passion for desserts. Facing gut issues, I had to eliminate many foods, yet my sweet tooth persisted. My husband Maurizio and I, both dessert lovers, struggled to find treats that suited our different dietary needs.

Driven by this challenge, I decided to create the ideal dessert. Thus, Nowhere Bakery was founded in 2020, focusing on desserts that harmonize healthful ingredients with indulgent taste, catering to diverse preferences.
